Starting to store
The agreement is straightforward, when you begin storing one month’s hire as a refundable deposit plus the cost of the remainder of the month is payable by card only – later payments are due at the beginning of each month.
This means, in effect, that you hire by the day after the minimum hire of one calendar month.
Photo ID is required on signing the full contract and you will have your photo taken by us.
You are responsible for insuring the contents of your unit, however we can introduce you to an insurance company who can offer cover.
Full Contract
Here, in all its detail, is the full licence agreement between Highbury Self Storage and you, the storer.
Remember this agreement has to be completed and signed before your goods are put in the unit.
